The barbershop regulars wanted to book without having to open a browser and search for the page every time. For a business that lives on returning customers, every extra step between intent and booking is a lost opportunity.

I developed an Android app that puts the barbershop one tap away from the phone home screen, reusing the same technical foundation as the website to keep a consistent experience and a single place to update information.

Returning customers book from the icon on their phone, without searching for anything. The shop gains permanent presence on its customers devices, something a social media account cannot achieve.
