The challenge
People paid by the hour can rarely verify whether they were paid correctly. Hours get written on paper or in phone notes, breaks and overtime are calculated from memory, and when the paycheck arrives there is no simple way to check whether the numbers add up. The problem gets worse for those working more than one job.
The solution
I created JornadaPro, an app where clocking in and out takes one tap, even from the widget without opening the app. It calculates hours and earnings in real time, deducts breaks, accounts for tips and mileage, and generates reports by day, week, month and pay period, exportable to CSV and PDF. Everything syncs across devices.
The result
The worker arrives at payday with their own verifiable record instead of an estimate. They can project income, set a monthly goal, and raise a claim with data if something does not add up. The Pro version is a one-time payment, with no subscription.
